Our no-cost, immediate support groups aim to foster secure, inclusive environments where people can express themselves, feel acknowledged, and receive the necessary care without obstacles. Mental Health Hydration, our weekly face-to-face support group, gathers every Monday and Thursday from 5:30 to 6:30 PM at The Meeting Place located in Neptune Beach. Accessible to the community, this group adopts a person-focused method, allowing anyone to discuss their mental health issues or just to be in a secure, welcoming environment.
